Last weekend on The David Strom Show, Phil Krinkie, President of the Taxpayers League gave us a report previewing the 2008 Taxpayer rally at the capitol later that day; Bob DeBoer, Director of Policy Development at the Citizens League explained a tax mechanism meant to keep local governments from competing for development with taxpayer subsidies that is being exploited by Mall of America Developers in a proposal currently before the legislature.
